Its job is to discourage enemy attacks and send vital intelligence back to its own side.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eWhen an enemy unit moves to engage a nearby ally, the Alula can place itself right beside the attacker, disarm it and strike first. That reaction shields fragile allies such as mages or artillery, weakens the aggressor and puts the Alula exactly where it is needed. As a forward observer it also lets the rest of your army see whatever it sees, opening up charges, shots and spells against units that would otherwise stay hidden.
