Terms of Use - Mobile Hangar

1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Mobile Hangar ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

Mobile Hangar is operated by Tinkavu LLC / Extra Turn Games ("we," "us," or "our").

2. Description of the App

Mobile Hangar is a companion application for the Gundam Card Game that allows users to:

  • Scan and track their card collection
  • Build and manage decks
  • Maintain a wishlist of cards to acquire
  • View card data sourced from a community-maintained database
  • Back up collection data to personal cloud storage

Mobile Hangar is an unofficial, fan-made companion tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to Bandai Co., Ltd., Sunrise Inc., or any other rights holder associated with the Gundam franchise or the Gundam Card Game.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum digital age of consent in your country (whichever is higher), to use this App. If you are below the applicable age, you may not use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

4. User Accounts

4.1 Google Sign-In

You may sign in using your Google account. By doing so, you authorize us to access basic profile information (name and email) solely for the purpose of identifying your account within the App.

4.2 Guest Mode

You may use the App in guest mode without creating an account. Guest mode limits access to cloud backup and cross-device sync features.

4.3 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account and for all activity that occurs through your use of the App.

5. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

5.1 Mobile Hangar Pro

The App offers an optional paid subscription ("Pro") that unlocks additional features, including, but not limited to, ad removal, unlimited decks and folders, cloud backup, and deck analytics tools. Current pricing is displayed within the App at the time of purchase.

5.2 Billing

Subscriptions are managed and billed through RevenueCat and processed via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, depending on your device. Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

5.3 Cancellations and Refunds

To cancel your subscription, use the subscription management tools in the App Store or Google Play. Refunds are subject to the policies of the respective platform and are not issued directly by us.

5.4 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing at any time. Existing subscribers will be notified in advance of any price changes.

6. International Consumer Rights

6.1 Consumer Rights by Region

6.1.1 European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, and Switzerland
If you are a consumer in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland:
  • Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law that cannot be waived or limited by contract.
  • You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of your subscription purchase. However, by beginning to use Mobile Hangar Pro immediately upon purchase, you acknowledge and consent that the right of withdrawal is lost once the digital content has been fully provided, in accordance with Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
  • Subscription refunds and cancellations are managed by Apple or Google as the merchant of record. You may also contact Apple or Google directly to exercise your right of withdrawal.

6.1.2 Australia
If you are a consumer in Australia, our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit or exclude those guarantees. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for breach of any non-excludable guarantee is limited to re-supplying the service or paying the cost of having the service re-supplied.

6.1.3 Canada
If you are a consumer in Canada, the limitations and exclusions in these Terms apply only to the extent permitted under applicable provincial and federal consumer protection legislation.

6.1.4 Brazil
If you are a consumer in Brazil, your rights under the Código de Defesa do Consumidor (Consumer Protection Code) are preserved. Any provision of these Terms that conflicts with your statutory consumer rights shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to comply with applicable law.

7. Cloud Backup

The App offers optional backup of your collection and deck data to your personal Google Drive account. By enabling this feature, you:

  • Authorize the App to create and manage files in your Google Drive on your behalf
  • Understand that your data is stored in your own Google Drive and governed by Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy
  • Acknowledge that we do not have access to, nor do we store, your Google Drive data on our servers

8. Card Data and Intellectual Property

8.1 Card Database

Card data displayed within the App is sourced from a community-maintained database. We do not claim ownership of any card names, images, artwork, or game mechanics. All Gundam Card Game content remains the intellectual property of its respective rights holders.

8.2 App Content

The App's original code, design, and user interface are the intellectual property of Tinkavu LLC. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the App without our express written permission.

8.3 Your Data

You retain ownership of your personal collection data, deck lists, and any content you create within the App.

8.4 Privacy Policy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at Mobile Hanger Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy describes what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your personal data. By using the App, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.

9. Advertising

The free version of the App displays advertisements served by Google AdMob. By using the free version, you consent to the collection of data by Google for the purpose of serving non-personalised ads. Upgrading to Mobile Hangar Pro removes all advertisements.

10. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the App
  • Use the App in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our services
  • Circumvent any subscription or feature restrictions
  • Misrepresent your identity or impersonate any person or entity

11. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:

  • The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • Card data will always be accurate, complete, or up to date
  • The App will be compatible with all devices or operating system versions

Card limit rules (banned, restricted, etc.) displayed in the App are maintained on a best-effort basis and should not be relied upon as the sole source of truth for official tournament play. Always verify current rules with the official game publisher.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Tinkavu LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or service interruption.

13. Changes to the App or Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes through the App or via the email associated with your account. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

We may update, modify, or discontinue features of the App at any time without notice.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14.1 Governing Law by Region

14.1.2 United States

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Atlanta, Georgia, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

14.1.2 European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland

If you are a consumer, you may bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence. Nothing in this clause affects your right to rely on any mandatory local consumer protection law.

14.1.2 Australia

Disputes may be resolved in the courts of your state or territory of residence, in accordance with applicable law.

14.1.2 For all other users

You agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Atlanta, Georgia, unless local mandatory law provides otherwise.

15. International Provisions

15.1 International Use

The App is operated from the United States. If you access the App from outside the United States, you do so at your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. We make no representation that the App or its content is appropriate or available for use in any particular location.

15.1 Language

These Terms are drafted in English. If these Terms are translated into any other language and there is a conflict between the English version and the translated version, the English version shall prevail to the extent permitted by applicable law.
