Shipping policy

Orders leave either from us or from our distributor, whichever gets the box to you sooner. We use UPS or USPS wherever possible, and every order gets tracking.

Most in-stock orders leave the shop within one business day. Orders over $100 ship free within the United States.

If your order mixes in-stock items with a pre-order, we hold it and ship it complete once the pre-order lands, so you pay one shipping charge. Ask us and we will split it instead; most splits are $5 and we confirm the amount before anything ships.

If anything arrives damaged, tell us within 7 days of delivery. Send photos and a short description to info@extraturngames.com and we will replace it or refund it, whichever you prefer. We cover the shipping.
