Officially, no government admits Ninjas exist. The rumours of technical specialists carrying out black operations remain exactly that, which is the point.

This pairing covers two very different jobs: a MULTI Sniper able to threaten from across the table, and a Hacker able to reach into an opponent's infrastructure. Legal in Yu Jing, Imperial Service, Ikari Company, JSA, Shindenbutai and Oban lists, so it slots into a wide range of Infinity forces.
