This is the box you reach for when your villain roster keeps losing the scrum in the middle of the board. Abomination is Emil Blonsky at his most unsubtle, a gamma-fuelled bruiser who plays for Criminal Syndicate and Hydra, while the Wrecking Crew arrive as something unusual: Bulldozer, Piledriver, Thunderball and Wrecker all share one 65mm base and act as a single character, legal in Cabal and Criminal Syndicate lists.

Both are close-combat pieces, and that is the honest limitation. Neither one projects a threat across the table, so an opponent who can shoot, reposition and stay away from you will make them look slow. Play them on Secure crises where the objectives force the fight into a small space and they are exactly where they want to be.

Beginners will find them forgiving, because their contribution does not depend on stacking clever combos. Point them at something and the damage happens. If you are starting a villain collection, this pairs naturally with the Criminal Syndicate Affiliation Pack or the Cabal Affiliation Pack, and Hydra players can slot Abomination alongside Red Skull & Hydra Troops. Experienced players tend to buy it for roster flexibility: two characters that qualify for three different affiliations is unusually good coverage from one box.
