Moonstone: 'Insatiable' Wendigo, Limited Edition

Ten years of Moonstone, and Goblin King Games marked the anniversary with a run of limited edition sculpts. This is one of them: the 'Insatiable' Wendigo, supplied with its own alternate art stat card.

The Wendigo is a Leshavult model, and a Faun and a Spirit, which is a combination that reads very differently across a table than another duelist in a nice coat. Moonstone is a small-troupe skirmish game, around four models a side, decided far more by bluffing and card play than by throwing enough dice at a problem. That structure is unusually kind to a single-model purchase: with a troupe that size, one new figure genuinely changes what you can threaten and what your opponent has to respect.

It is cast in high quality resin, like the rest of the range, and arrives ready to build: super glue, a few quiet minutes, and a centerpiece that will not look like anything else in the cabinet. The alternate art card is exclusive to this edition, so it is the version to own if you already field a Wendigo.
